Harvest

This weekend I preached at Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California where my dear friend Greg Laurie is pastor. This is a great, great church with a local and global ministry of evangelism and discipleship. Greg and Cathe, as I have written recently, are grieving the death of their son, Christopher. I am happy to report the Lauries are doing quite well though deeply hurt. We had a chance to visit and talk about the future… especially Heaven. The Harvest staff team is outstanding and I had a great time pinch-hitting in such a dynamic, passionate, engaging congregation. All three morning services were full and the overflow in the courtyard area was strong. The church is rallying support and strength to the Lauries.

Please pray for the Southern California Crusade this weekend, August 15-17. Greg is going to preach for the first time since the accident. Pray that God will use the message and the messenger to deliver the Gospel to a world that needs to know Jesus. I am praying that the Crusade will ignite fires of revival across the nation. Check out the Harvest website for information and I encourage all my friends in Southern California to attend this weekend and take friend with you who needs to know Jesus.

In a political season where there is so much in the news…the most important thing happening is the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Our nation is in need of a great spiritual awakening. I am praying for that national revival, which could begin this coming weekend in Southern California.

Dear Jack Graham,

As one of the flock at HCF, I can't thank you enough for stepping up to the plate and making a grand slam for Jesus. Our congregation is truly grieving over the loss of Christopher and the pain and hurt for our pastor and his family is overwhelming. Not only are you good at baseball, probably better than the Josh guy you encouraged us with, but you are a real friend and as you shared about the blood of Jesus and the cup....the cup....the cup....oh bless you. God spoke through you so loud and clear it was soothing to my soul....I just let the tears run and run until they were dripping off my chin then of course I had to start wiping. When you said our congregation is being prayed for, I was so happy that you understand the love the flocks (such as your own) have for their pastors. When our pastors hurt ...we hurt ...and sometimes ...when we hurt...we need others to lift us up during our hurts....I love you and covet your prayers for your church congregation too. I look forward to the national revival coming too....it's coming...I can't thank you enough for your love for Greg and Cathe and giving of your time away from your flock for us. May you be blessed. I also wanted to say when I was driving home communing with the Lord I was weeping and weeping and thanking him for sending you for such a time as this. I prayed those big prayers for you. Greg always says "expect the unexpected." And we serve a big God.

Pastor Graham
I watch Harvest Sunday service from the website and I was blessed. My original thought was I want to hear my pastor preach and pray for him and the Harvest church family. Wow, want I found was not my pastor but an Evangelist, Spiritual Father of Kingdom, General, Prophecy and friend. As I watch and prayed I could feel and see God love, healing and delivering power flow in the service. It was an awesome message with a great anointing. I know the Father Our God is saying this is my beloved son and I am well please. Want a love you and the father have a spirit of exaction.

Prestonwood is so blessed to have a pastor that is the living word .Truly this was the living Gospel. Pastor I thank God ever day that he has assign my gifts and me, to a real man of God that love my God. I will be in prayer for the national revival this weekend. I pray that the Lord anointing fall on you for this national revival, and many souls come in to the kingdom. I will keep the Laurie family and Harvest in prayer.
